Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026.

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to everyone who creates an account with Planning, a product by Lionbeauly. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens within your account. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, let us know right away.

3. Trial and subscriptions

A new workspace starts with 14 days free. After that, you're billed per active seat per month: the number of paid seats automatically follows the number of active members in your workspace, you don't need to set that yourself. Larger teams can arrange a custom plan on request.

4. Payment

Payments are handled through Stripe. Subscriptions can be canceled monthly: you pay through the end of the current period, with no further obligations after that. We announce price changes in advance.

5. What we expect from you

Don't use Planning for anything unlawful, and respect the other members of your workspace. Content you add yourself (tasks, comments, files) remains yours or your organization's, we claim no ownership over it.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep Planning available at all times, but can't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance or unforeseen outages may temporarily interrupt the service.

7. Liability

We make every effort to run Planning carefully, but are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Your data remains stored for a reasonable period afterward (see our privacy policy), in case you come back.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as our service changes. We will let you know of any significant change.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Questions? Email hallo@planning.app.

We use cookies, including for advertising. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Read more in our privacy policy.
